I typically work in 2 ways, or in a combination of both.

Firstly, there’s project work. That’s where you pay an agreed amount for me to deliver a set project, strategy, or planning. That’s completely dependant on your requirements.

The other way is with a monthly retainer, where I agree to a set number of days per month. With that we’ll agree the work to be delivered, but there’s also flexibility for us to change the focus monthly to best support your needs. All in all, whatever you need, we’ll find a way to give you maximum value, in the most transparent way possible.

There’s no one size fits all. But what I’ll do after the discovery process is provide you with a range of options both in terms of service delivery, and cost. This can include a one-off project cost, and/or a monthly ongoing cost – completely dependant on your needs.

I’ll be your point of contact throughout. Whilst I have a number of specialists I work with to deliver specific requirements, all of your communication will be with me, and I will be the one working with you to create and deliver against your marketing needs.

Sometimes, we don’t know what we don’t know. If you have a relatively junior marketer, either junior in their career or within the recruitment industry, they probably won't have the range of skills and understanding that I’ve built from 18 years in recruitment marketing.

I can work with them in either a mentoring capacity, or to support them in the deliver and execution of the marketing plan. Giving you peace of mind that your marketing investment will deliver a return.
