Yes, Flare is a recruitment marketing agency.

We operate as an outsourced marketing partner for recruitment businesses. We work with recruitment agencies (typically 1-50 heads) to build and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, make outreach easier, and help you stand out in a competitive market.

Our recruitment marketing works in one of two ways:

Retained Partnership:
We become part of your team on an ongoing basis, delivering strategy, content, creative, and execution across all areas of marketing. This is a rolling two-month contract, so you can test the relationship without long-term commitment.

Project Work:
Our project work is either supporting businesses or individuals to launch new brands (with our brand kick-starter) or working to deliver a specific project. Whether that’s a brand refresh, content strategy, campaign, salary guide, or any one-off deliverable. This is a great way to solve a specific challenge.

You work directly with Daniel Evans (founder) who has 20 years of recruitment marketing experience. You’re not handed off to junior teams or account managers learning on the job.

Daniel started Flare as a Fractional CMO providing strategic advice and guidance. We’re now a full-service marketing agency meaning you get the strategy but we also roll up our sleeves and execute.

We build the strategy and deliver the work. You get both the thinking and doing.

Working alongside Daniel are Demi (creative) and Reyna (content) to give you a team of specialists capabable of creating and executing your strategy.

It’s a rolling 2 month contract.

The business was created based on Daniel’s experience as an in-house marketer. Long contracts with new partners and confusing contract clauses was a constant cause of friction.

That’s why we operate on a rolling 2-month contract basis. 

  • The contract is rolling two-month terms, so you can pause or end at any time with two months’ notice
  • This means you can test the relationship without a long-term commitment.
  • You get the peace of mind to know we’re constantly motivated to deliver ongoing results.
  • No complacency, maximum value.

Our service falls into two categories:

Strategy:

  • Marketing strategy and planning
  • Positioning and messaging development
  • Competitive analysis
  • Go-to-market planning


Execution & Delivery:

  • Content marketing (blogs, guides, whitepapers, email, newsletters)
  • Personal branding (LinkedIn optimisation, content strategy, personal brand building, )
  • Creative and design (branding, website design, marketing materials, video)
  • Campaign delivery (email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, outreach sequences)
  • Measurement and reporting

All of these services can be delivered either as part of a retained partnership or as individual projects.

If you choose a retained partnership:

Month 1 (Discovery & Strategy):

  • We start with a discovery process to understand your business, goals, sales process, and market
  • We develop a clear marketing strategy aligned to your business objectives
  • We create a plan of activity for the next 2-3 months
  • We establish how we’ll measure success


Months 2+ (Execution & Optimisation):

  • We deliver consistent marketing activity (content, campaigns, outreach support, etc.)
  • We report on what’s working and what’s not
  • We optimise based on results and feedback
  • You have access to a client portal where you can see everything we’re doing
  • There’s constant communication with regular catchups between you and Daniel so you’re never wondering what’s happening

If you choose project work:

  • We agree on the scope, timeline, and deliverables upfront
  • We execute the project and deliver the results
  • You can then decide if you want to continue with ongoing work or just use us for future projects
